Meraviglia OV cabin, does it have a balcony?

Need opinions (or actual info if anyone knows for certain): I'm looking at available cabins and reviewing deck plans. Cabin 8051 is listed as a Bella ocean view, but it sure looks to have a balcony as do several of the other "ocean view" cabins in the same deck locations on other decks.  What should I expect if I book one?

Looking at actual photos of MSC Meraviglia it seems that 8051 has a window and is a OV cabin.

found this photo of starboard, cabin 8050 is opposite 8051, 2nd cabin to the right of the lifeboat.

The piece of metal under the window does not look like a balcony and the deck plan drawing differs from the photo of the ship.

Thanks! The picture does help clarify things. There does appear to be a metal ledge, but there is definitely a window and not a balcony door there, so no way to access it
