Some Questions about Conquest Steakhouse

Hello,

 

Was just looking over the "new" menu for Steakhouse.  

 

How many starters are you "allowed" to choose ?  In the past I believe we have gotten two.  Could we get three?  (not to sound too gluttonous, but some of the new items sound delicious).

 

We'll be dining the 2nd night of a 7 night cruise (sea day).  Would this be the formal night, and is there an expectation that attire must be formal?

As the starters include, soup, salad and app, you could have all three. The Steakhouse and the MDR are not formal anymore. It's called Elegant night and nice button down shirts and slacks would be acceptable.

They told us we could have 2 starters at the Conquest steakhouse a couple of months ago.
