Costa maya sea grass

Went to Maya Chan last year and the sea grass was gross even then.  They did offer a full refund the morning of if we chose not to go, but we still went, so kudos to their customer service.  Food was very good, drinks good, but I wouldn’t do it again.  People were actually in the water which was amazing to me based on the smell.  Just not our idea of a beach day.

They are fantastic to work with and I feel so sorry for the company. We will miss the friendliness. the relaxing, inexpensive massages, and the relaxation. But we are going contact them tomorrow and see what we can work out.
