NotTooCritical Posted July 29, 2019 #53 Share Posted July 29, 2019 Strawberry Lemonade Daiquiri! So refreshing when it's super hot out. It's also the first drink I get when coming back on board in port.🍹😍

But it'd be hard for me to pull that off, since I usually cruise solo. So on my last two cruises, I had a Fun Ship and a Yellow Bird, respectively. I've never heard of a Yellow Bird until now. I looked it up and it seems interesting. How is yours made? (also lol to your "solo kiss") Edited July 29, 2019 by pamici

How is yours made? This is the recipe Carnival uses. Everything is blended together, and served over ice, garnished with an orange slice and cherry. 1 oz Bacardi Light Rum 1/4 oz Galliano 1/4 oz Creme de Banana 2 oz Orange Juice 1 oz Pineapple Juice There's a slight possibility that Carnival doesn't have it anymore, although a bartender will probably make it if you ask. I got it before my ship was 2.0'ed, so it was from the old-style poolside bar. The new Red Frog Rum Bar and Blue Iguana Tequila Bar have their own proprietary drinks, which may or may not include the Yellow Bird.
