Wi-Fi options?

I'm looking to purchase the Wi-Fi for our NCL cruise to Bermuda on 7/26 but I have a few questions regarding the options. 

• Is it possible to purchase one Wi-Fi package and share it between devices? If my partner wanted to use the connection on her phone when I'm not, could she?
• I generally like to use a VPN for security reasons (not for connection to my work's network). The Premium Wi-Fi option explicitly states VPN access while the unlimited tier does not. Has anyone had success using a VPN while on the unlimited tier?

You can share by logging out on one device and logging in on another.  Just one device at a time.

 

Yes, the unlimited tier allows VPN use... however if the VPN is commonly used as an anonymizer you could find it blocked by their security filters.

I have used a VPN without issue.
