Can the Haven concierge make you reservations for escape the big top, the ice bar and the painting class?

Yep.  There needs to be availability, but I've been told "no" by the ice bar and then, miraculously, the Haven concierge had us booked at 8pm.  They can be awesome (it's hit and miss at times but generally great).

Yes. But Canvas by U has limited seats. Give them the request as soon as you embark.
