HOHO in Kotor

I was looking to purchase tickets for the HOHO in Kotor.  The website indicates not available on that date I'll be in port.  I'm wondering if that means they sold out on that date or if I could possibly purchase tickets right at the port.  Anyone have experience with this?  Thanks!

What date are you in Kotor, we are there on 11th November this year on the NCL Star?
