Joy Sail-away Gathering Location

Hello,

 

We will be on the Joy in 10 days and some of our Roll Call is thinking of meeting up for Sail-Away.

 

Where would be a good meeting place be that is outside (good weather) & inside (bad weather)?

Good weather and not so good weather, the Waterfront Deck 8 is a good place to do a sail away. Starboard side afford views of Seattle as you start your Alaskan adventure. (Port side,,, not as good a view). 

 

The Cavern Club Deck 8 Midship outside bar is a good place to get a drink and watch the sights. 

 

If if it is really bad weather, then the Observation Lounge Deck 15 Forward Starboard side. There will be 4500 of your new friends in there all framing into the Forward windows. The better view (if you can see through the rain) is Starboard. There is a bar up front, but it will be jammed.

 

In in both cases, Someone will need to hurry up the stairs immediately after muster ends to stake a claim on a space. Immediately.

I have a good friend just off the Joy recently who suggested to meet in the Spice H2O bar are3a- said it won't be too crowed & also has great views from aft - thoughts ?

I thought about Spice H2O but read that is adults only.  Several group members have children.

 

Is it adult only during certain hours?
