shirlden Posted August 24, 2019 #1 Share Posted August 24, 2019 This will be my 6th Carnival cruise. I have always sailed out of Baltimore. I have been to all the ports sailing from there wanted some new ports. This will be my 1st time sailing out of New York and would love some advise on the ease or difficulty of getting on and off at this port. I am super excited for the ports of call. Our son lives in Manhattan so tying this cruise into a visit with him. Cruised out of NYC 2019 and we walked from his apartment (21st and 8th) to the cruise port-took about 40 minutes but was very nice walking along the water. When we returned from the cruise we just made our way to the Metro and back to La Guardia for our flight back to Detroit. Have been to all the ports before. Will be on the Casino Premier group.
