We will be taking  our third Hal cruise to China this coning February,  I can't seem to find any info pertaining to MS Benefits. Can anyone direct me to the proper site to check my benefits?

Go to the HAL site and log in to your account. If you haven't created one, do that. Once you've got an account, you can see your Mariner status and find links to your existing reservations. For general Mariner info, use this link:

we will be sailing on the Westerdam leaving from Shanghai in February.  Any suggestions on cabins with balcony as to best locations on ship? Input would be much appreciated.

4002 appears to be problematic due to a crew area front of bow.  Take a look at the comments on the HALfacts Site.  <— this page lists all the rooms (that people have contributed) on the Vista Class ships so you will find that most comments and pics are consistent across ships.  Keep in mind that a lot of those pics are pre-refresh so the decor will have changed since then.

Also take a look at any white space above, below, and adjacent to a room on the Westerdam Deck Plan.  Noise may be problematic in certain areas.
