We will be going on the Marella Celebration in Nov 2020- we don’t drink alcohol but do love our coffee- Can I get coffee without upgrading?

You can get coffee from any bar or restaurant without upgrading but but will be Nescafe type.  Much nicer Lavazza coffee available in the Coffee Port but you will pay if you don't upgrade (charges this time last year were 2.20-2.40 Pound per cup).

 

We upgrade even though my husband can drink little alcohol due to medication issues and get our moneys worth in Coffee Port drinks alone plus we prefer having canned soft drinks rather than from a pump or bottle and the large bottle of water in the cabin every day is useful.

I think you'd find it worth it.  Your £50 per week gets you the coffee upgrade, canned soft drinks and 1.5 litres of water each to the room.  These are handy to take with you on day trips or for overnight use.

We got back yesterday:( :(.

It was our first cruise and we upgraded and it was well worth it.

We are both coffee snobs and 2 coffees per day from the port, canned coke and sprite plus my love of red wine and other half's love of cocktails easily justified it!
