Canceling UBP bought with credit

We have onboard credit given to us by Royal when we booked. It is showing up in my cruise planner and I am able to use it to pre purchase beverage package, wifi, etc. This is new to me that is can actually be used pre cruise.

My question, I have often read many of you state that a beverage or wifi package can be canceled and rebooked if/when a lower price becomes available. If I buy now, using my OBC and cancel and repurchase if/when a lower price become available, is my OBC refundable/reusable?
