Mahogany Bay and Cozumel excursions

Hey everyone, my son (he's 24) and I (I'm 42) are going to be on the Conquest December 14th for a 7 night cruise and I've booked a couple excursions through Carnival and was wondering if anyone has taken them and if so if you could answer a few questions. 

 

In Mahogany Bay we are doing Sea Trek Helmet Diving, a few of the things I'm wondering about are do we need to bring a towel or do they have them? Do they have lockers they provide or that can be rented, if rented how much? How was the price of food? Based on what I read lunch was not included. 

 

In Cozumel we are doing the Surf and Turf 4X4 and Speedboat. Do we need to bring towels or do they provide them? Do they have lockers? The way the description read lunch is included on this one, is that correct?

 

Any help is greatly appreciated and if you have anything information I'd love to hear it.

I have not done either of these excursions.  I would recommend bringing the beach towel from the ship.  Not sure what to tell you about lunches or lockers.
