Specialty Dining Question on the Gem

Mother in law and a friend are on the Gem this upcoming weekend. They booked a 3 night specialty restaurant package last minute and could only confirm 2 for times they want. The third, were given a later time than wanted and told to change time when got on ship. Where does she need to go to to do this? Thanks for any help.

There is a table at the pier she may be able to do it at. She can also call when on the ship from any phone. Or, she can make reservations through the ncl while waiting to board and then cancel her existing one. Those are the options I can think of.

NCL holds a large percentage of tables for onboard bookings. Have your MIL go to the dining reservations desk when she embarks and make/change reservations as needed. If she does it as soon as she boards, there will be no problems.
