Booking On board?

Have not booked on board in 1 year. Going to book another MSC cruise for June 2020 out of Vinice.

Going on Seaside next month. 

Should we wait until we get on board? 

Does on board provide any additional perks or anything?

They will offer some OBC... up to $100 per person based on the cabin you book.
