Dinner package??

We are going 14 days from Copenhagen next May. 
Can we buy 2x2 dinner packages?
Can my BF use all from the sushi alone at lunch?

Officially no, in practice probably.  He might have to give them your card twice,  I doubt anything would be said.  Worst case scenario you would sit there with him, order and give them your card, then hand the food to him and leave.
