Is it possible to download the App prior to leaving th UK or do we have to wait until on-board?

The app is relayed over the ships intranet which is a closed system as opposed to the internet which is what you get at home.😉

It's not really an App that you can download but a web page that you get when you connect to the ship's WiFi when onboard.

You can do this without paying for WiFi access, the paid access is only required if you want to use to WiFi to connect to the normal internet - for example for email or social media.
