cruisingnewtoit Posted September 30, 2019 #1 Share Posted September 30, 2019 Hi all Hubs and I are cruising on the Meraviglia in Feb. It's our 1st MSC cruise. I'm a vegan. From what I gather MSC only does the vegetarian diet. I'm hopeful that I will be able to modify entrees to fit my diet. Does their ships carry any dairy free milk? I love a cappuccino with steamed free milk. I have dairy-free milk with my protein powder every morning. Any info is appreciated.
mef_57 Posted September 30, 2019 #2 Share Posted September 30, 2019 They have a form to complete for special diet or special needs. Define vegetarian and dairy free requirements and see what they can offer.

As MSC has a lot of Japanese, Korean und Chinese passengers this is not a problem, dairy free milk products are always available.

CampNCruise74 Posted October 15, 2019 #5 Share Posted October 15, 2019 (edited) The MSC Seaside did not have almond at the buffet on Sept 20th cruise. They had soy instead. Edited October 15, 2019 by CampNCruise74

Thanks....I'll live. I'm not "non-dairy". I need it for the calcium so regular milk will do.
CampNCruise74 Posted October 17, 2019 #7 Share Posted October 17, 2019 Excellent! We were hoping for almond, because my wife has milk allergy, but the soy worked just fine. Enjoy your cruise! Our family can't get to that boat until 2021, but I did book it while I was recently on the Seaside.
