Obstructed Balconies on the Conquest?

Some locations are better than others, but a BL GTY is a great way to save money and enjoy a balcony - we did that on the Liberty last month.

If we are just booking one cabin, we will probably always do that. Until we have a really bad experience and "will never cruise again":D

I understand that some locations are better than others, my question is, do I take a chance getting an obstructed view if I book a balcony guarantee?
