We used the car service from the NCL link above as we had luggage plus a Rollator -- the service was excellent.

Goportcanveral is $15 per person on full size motor coaches. A lot cheaper than NCL.

I liked the NCL transfer.  They were easy to find upon exiting the secure section of the airport.  Handing them my luggage, the next time I saw it was in my cabin.  The bus was comfortable and was non-stop from airport to pier.  Note that I was travelling solo.  Had I been with other people, I might have taken a cab or car service.
