Earliest flight for Long Beach Disembarkation(Carnival Pride)

Was wondering if anyone had experience with early flights from Long Beach. On Carnival's website, it says that the earliest flight you should book from LAX is noon. However, Long Beach is closer (obviously) to the port. I was going to book an 11AM flight. Has anyone booked a flight this early from Long Beach?

Don't... You need to take the noon flight. The 710 freeway which leads to the 405 is always a mess. The short distance that you are talking about on Sundays could take up to 2 hours because of Traffic.
