when you prepay for a Massage do they include the tip the way they do for the drinks . I don't mind giving extra for a good Massage just want to know if I gave 18% already how much extra do I give

No, the tip is included when you completed the massage. Make sure they do not charge you twice, let them know when you go that you already prepaid. I have been billed twice before, and had to go to guess services to get it corrected. Enjoy the Sunshine, the lay out is different from all the other ships.

Also be prepared for the up sells when the massage is over. It's not required to purchase any other services but they will certainly try.
