Doing self walking tour in st georges... are there some fund modes of transportation to eliminate some of the longer walks between popular attractions (instead of buses, bikes, taxi etc)?

There is no Segway tour in St. George's. For a fun mode of transportation you could do a horse carriage ride.

If gonna walk are we better of taking a taxi to fort st Catherine and walking back or via versa? If we dont want to walk up any big hills...

It will be easier getting a taxi to Fort St. Catherine than getting one back. Also walking from Fort St. Catherine is mostly downhill while there is a hill to go up walking to Fort St. Catherine. So take a taxi to Fort St. Catherine.

About $10 plus tip. If there no taxis available where the ferry drops off when you arrive walk to the Town Square. There is a taxi stand there.

I forgot about the trolly train. I saw it in August on the way back from Tobacco Bay and it was coming from Fort St. Catherine. You could inquire at the visitors center. I couldn’t find anything online. The service had been suspended for a while but there it was running.
