Do prices drop for last minute cruises?

I know prices can drop for CAribbean a few weeks out, but do they go down for June departures on Celebrity? I'd love to try it, but prices are a bit high right now.

yes but once you are passed the no penalty cancellation date, not all the lines will allow you to adjust your fare. Depending on whether a cruise is selling out or not, last minute deals are possible. The cruise prices have stabalized and while there may not be as drastic a drop there are sales all the time. Some people will tell you that you get worse pick of rooms closer to sailing and that is not always true...

I would think that June price drops would probably be few, it's a busier and more expensive time to begin with. I've always had luck finding great prices after the final payment date. That way, if lot's of people cancel etc. the line wants to get rid of those rooms and I've often found great deals at that time. But I can be pretty flexible in where and when I go so that helps too.
