Drinking age on ship and in Bermuda.

Our family will be going to Bermuda on the Encore in May, 2020.  Our daughter is 19.  We are wondering what the legal drinking age is on the ship and when we arrive in Bermuda.

The drinking age on the ship is 21. You can sign a waiver for your daughter allowing her to drink beer and wine on the ship. 

 

The drinking age in the Bahamas is 18

Well...Bermuda is not in the Bahamas.  But the drinking age in Bermuda is 18.  🙂

Yes good catch. I have chastised my wife for this mistake.

 

With the exception of countries that ban alcohol entirely, the USA and Japan which are 21 and Canada which I believe is 19 (or was) the drinking age is 18 or less. 

 

The USA territories of Guam, USVI and Puerto Rico are 18 also.

Varies by province in Canada. It’s 18 in Quebec.
