POA itinerary change

I've  just heard about the itinerary change for POA in December  I was really looking forward to sailing by the Napali Coast.  Are there any recommendations for boat tours - if I rent a car what harbor would I have to get to?  Sailing is fine - I don't need to snorkel.  If it makes a difference I will ne in Lihue on Thursday December 12 and Friday December 13 until 5:00pm.  Thanks in advance.

What about an air tour—helicopter or small plane tour? That could be an option, might be easier and plenty of time. 
 

Boat tours in winter leave from port Allen which is about 35-40 minutes from port.
