Mmm K... What stores? According to Google the mall there is open 10-5 daily. Easy enough to search. But other than that, this is very limited info. Any specific store of note could probably be Googled as well.

And in general, stores near the port will likely know the cruise schedule and will be open while the ships are in.

The stores in town mostly close at 5 but stores catering to locals, like Kmart and grocery stores, are open later. It depends on what you're hoping to shop for.
