Best way to book my first cruise?

Beside this site there are several others with cruise information, just Goggle travel, cruises, ships etc.

After you have done a little research and have some information together on what you MIGHT like to do, find yourself a good local travel agency that books lots of cruises. If you belong to AA that is a place to start. For your first cruise (and maybe even a second?) it really helps to have someone who knows what's what and will work with you.

And of course, should you have any questions you can always ask here on Cruise Critic. Really, the best advice: please get a good travel agent for this first one. There really is a LOT to learn. Good luck and happy first cruise.

Being a newbie, talk to a travel agent. we've booked 5 through our T/A. i just have this uneasy feeling about something messing up and you don't have a face to talk to. A scathing email can be deleted, they can't delete you if you're in their face. On the same token I've never had a problem.I like my T/A.
