Two ships in port at Coco Cay

With two ships porting there, I wonder how they track Cruise Planner inventory for things like cabanas, excursions, etc.? Either each ship gets allocated a percentage or there is one inventory that the ships share? I ask because with Royals website history, I can imagine things like that getting oversold and messed up...

They were two ships chartered by Chik-fil-a.  Filled to half capacity and no children.  So, between the two ships, it was only the equivalent of one Oasis Class.

I read on another site that everyone on those 2 chartered ships were given a balcony cabin so the ships were definitely not full.

Still, did they visit Coco Cay past sunset?  Both ships upload all the pax same time?  Would be interesting to hear how it went even if ship not at capacity.
