Haven't been on the Symphony but on the Harmony I think my fave drink is the raspberry collins. I don't usually care for gin but in that drink I like it. The british pub (is there one on the symphony?) has a good drink with jalapeno and beer, can't remember the name of it but there's not that many spicy drinks on that menu so it won't be hard to find.
