mariemorgan Posted January 22, 2020 #1 Share Posted January 22, 2020 We have our first rccl cruise booked since 2005. I cannot find for the life of me the information on what we paid or what's owed left on the account. How do you see if there are price decreases if you can't even see what you paid per person/Total/etc?

How do you see if there are price decreases if you can't even see what you paid per person/Total/etc? Contact whoever booked your cruise and ask for Royal's Guest Copy of your booking confirmation. If you booked direct with Royal, try this automated number: 866-562-7625, press #
DerekDun8 Posted January 22, 2020 #3 Share Posted January 22, 2020 Every time I’ve made an online payment they send me a new pdf that shows what I’ve paid and what I owe. It’s in a downloadable file in the email they send.
mariemorgan Posted January 22, 2020 Author #4 Share Posted January 22, 2020 (edited) Wow. I didn't realise there was a pdf. I went back to the email when I first booked and sure enough there was a PDF attached that I missed. Thanks! Bookster99 Posted January 22, 2020 #6 Share Posted January 22, 2020 I noticed this, too. This is also the first time I used a travel agent. I think they don't show that data and I have to get it from the agent, which I did. I assume if I booked directly on the website I would be able to see it... Each time Royal improves the website, more info is removed. However, if you did book directly, you can get the PDF booking confirmation by using the automated number posted above. Rare h20skibum Posted January 22, 2020 #8 Share Posted January 22, 2020 Our TA always sends us the booking document that shows the price, our down payment, date final payment will be charged and the amount, and the perks. I set up an email sub directory for each cruise, and put all documents in it. It makes things much easier to find. Insurance, show bookings, cruise planner purchases, hotel and air reservations all go there. I always like to have ready access to these, in case of a problem.
