Pumbaamd Posted January 22, 2020 #1 Share Posted January 22, 2020 Happened during dinner last night. Captain deverted to Falmouth to get patient to hospital. Seas too rough for chopper. Two hours ago two attempts to dock in Falmouth were aborted, not safe conditions. Are heading to Colon at top speed. hoping to get there 5pm tomorrow. Panama and Costa Rico excursions cancelled, costs being returned to guests. Rick and Deirdra
Magnetchief Posted January 22, 2020 #2 Share Posted January 22, 2020 Praying for a good outcome for the patient. But, they have good facilities and medical staff. Hopefully stabilized until help can be found.

CFIGuy Posted January 22, 2020 #5 Share Posted January 22, 2020 So, supposedly, docking in Colon tomorrow night at 5pm but at Cargo/freight area, so will only disembark sick passenger. Will move from cargo to passenger area overnight and will dock as planned in Colon Friday morning with excursions as normal per hotel director. frank808 Posted January 23, 2020 #6 Share Posted January 23, 2020 Moving along at almost 23 knots. From what I understand we are only missing Limon. Did not hear of any cancellations at Colon since we will be there early.
