What is the cost per minute for the Internet Cafe....?? I dont have a lap top so I cant buy blocks of time. Also, I read on a post that the per minute cost will be refunded if you get booted off of the internet or that the connection is very slow.....Is this true....if it is, who do you speak to?

The cost for an internet connection is $.35 per minute. If you are Platinum level or above, the charge is credited back to your on-board account. If you feel the connection is slow, you can try to have the charge removed, but there is no guarantee. When first sitting at the terminal, log on to the Princess website (there’s an icon and it’s free). If the connection is stable that means you’re able to get to the internet. If not, don’t log on and accumulate any charges. I doubt that the charges will be removed if one goes to the Purser’s desk and says the connection is slow. You’d need to have some proof and everyone's definition of "slow" is different. Given the sattelite connections, don't expect anything faster than dial-up.
