New Help with Shore Excursions for a family

We will be on the Liberty of the Seas in March.  My husband hates the beach and the heat.   My three sons and daughter in law (ages 21 - 32) love the beach and water activities.  We will also have my grandkids ages 3 and 5.  The 3 year is tiny for her age.   What are some suggestions that will make everyone happy without breaking the bank?  Also - if we do a private tour, what about car seats for the kids?  We would like to stay together and my husband and I can watch the kids if the others are doing something else.  But keeping them entertained is the key.  Oh, they love the water too.

Thanks!

We just got back from a cruise that stopped at Roatan. I would definitely contact Daniel Johnson’s monkey and sloth hangout. We had a great time there and they offer beach time and snorkeling in addition to the monkeys and sloths. Everyone involved was very friendly and we saw them interact with small children. Daniel and his team made sure we had a great day!
