Koper, Slovenia (Economic transport to Lake Bled)

We are only in Koper for 9 hours on a cruise and would like transport to and from Lake Bled on Friday, August 28, 2020. The drive time is to be 3 hours roundtrip, so we could stay 4-4.5 hours. However, if we rent a car, that will take time. Does anyone have a good transport company that we could use? We are a party of 7 adults. Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

 

Would like to go to the castle, have a light lunch there, and ride the pletna boat to the island with the church.  We do not necessarily need a full blown tour, but basic transport, as we're trying to keep the costs down.
