Has anybody managed to get flight delay compensation from TUi.

4 January, Birmingham to Barbados flight Tom 830

for P&O Britannia cruise.

yes but not easy 3 yrs ago we were delayed for over24 hours we used the resolver website which is long winded but effective

tui Thomson as it was called then just kept delaying but they paid up in the end.

How long was the delay? What was the reason given?

 

You can make a claim on the TUI airline site. They should pay within 28 working days

 

I had a delay of over 28 hours on a Gatwick-Tenerife flight before xmas. They paid by cheque within the 28 days. however we did not have to claim and received a letter saying everyone would automatically get the compensation.
