escapesnow Posted February 7, 2020 #1 Share Posted February 7, 2020 As Bella cruisers, what is the likelihood that we (as 2 adults plus baby) will have a table to ourselves in the MDR for dinner? This may sound like a silly question as this is standard for North American lines, but we sailed with MSC a couple months ago out of Dubai and as Bella cruisers you basically had no choice but to be seated with other guests in the MDR for dinner (ended up being 6 at the table). It's quite an active topic for that ship (Splendida) and I haven't seen anything discussed in Seaside so I'm wondering if it's different for this ship. Thanks! Jembeccatoo Posted February 7, 2020 #2 Share Posted February 7, 2020 It is possible to get your own table. When you board the ship, see the maître d’ and request a table for your family.
Reds4life Posted February 7, 2020 #3 Share Posted February 7, 2020 You should be able to get your own table. Just be assertive with the maitre D as early as possible once you board. It would help if MSC asked ahead if people want to sit with others or not. I know some people enjoy table guests but others do not
