D-Day Beaches and Mont St Michel

You have long hours in port, but if you want to fit in both MSM and DDay sights you,ll need to plan carefully because many places aren’t accessible in the evenings.

I suggest you check out opening hours for the American Cemetery at Omaha, Pointe du Hoc, Airborne Museum at Ste Marie Eglise, and Utah Museum. First visit those which are off-route and which close around 5pm, then MSM, then if time permits visit other DDay sights after MSM.

A “guided tour” would be very expensive unless you arranged a van and found sharers via your cruise RollCall.

Consider renting a car (driving and navigation are pretty easy, but beware car return times), or a simple car plus English-speaking driver. Again you could look on your RollCall for a couple to share
