Reggae Beach Bar & Grill Pre-Reservation?

Has anyone done a pre- reservation with  Reggae Beach Bar & Grill? I read on another travel site the following

 

    "Our VIP transfer to Reggae Beach is $20 US per person round trip and includes a complimentary rum or fruit punch. Chairs and umbrellas are reserved for $5 US each. To book send us a private message on Facebook."

 

I was wondering if it is worth it?

If it is a busy day with several large cruise ships in port it may be a good idea to make a reservation.
