Overtyme Posted March 17, 2006 #153 Share Posted March 17, 2006 I think that with the cost of fuel increasing more days at sea may become less and less or prices will go up and up - There was a company that was mentioned at the end of a RCCL video that I saw that was trying to develop a community on a cruise ship with it's own postal code, runway, schools, etc. for life-long residence. I thought that was really cool, but is that realistic or is Genesis going to be as close to this as we get (predictions are for ships to go back to small after this because ports are already over-crowded).
