How to Upgrade Wifi Package (if possible) MSC Mera 2/23

Hello,

 

I'll be setting sail next week (!!!!). My fare included a limited wi-fi package, but I am interested in upgrading to the unlimited package. Is there a way to do this using my freebie as a "credit" toward the cost, or  will I just have to outright purchase the unlimited package?

We were able to do this on the Seaside in November.  It cost $100.00 to upgrade to unlimited wifi.

Thank you. I called MSC customer service. I seemed to have a timid/unknowledgeable agent and she told me that she couldn't do it for me. She also said she doubts I can do it aboard the ship. So I guess I'll just try on the first night.

Yes, we did this on the first day onboard.  When I called MSC beforehand, I was told it could not be done ahead of time.

Wait till on the ship and do it.  You can also use almost all of the package you have then upgrade the package.  Just check onboard.  Enjoy the Mera.
