We are so excited we are on our first NCL cruise on the Epic out of San juan in 2 weeks. Anyone have any tips for me?

There are too many negative post-cruise posts made by people who aren't new to cruising, but are new to NCL.

My biggest tip to you would be ...Make sure that you are very familiar with ALL of NCL's Terms and Conditions.

If you have OBC, make sure you know if it is Refundable or Non-Refundable. (Read Amenities list VERY carefully!)

 

Have you made Dinner and Theater reservations?  If not, do so ASAP.

Also, If you have not already done so, you might want to download the NCL APP.

While onboard the EPIC, use the NCL APP television, or available public Touch-Screens(near elevators), to make/change reservations, and/or check your account.
