Extending Casino free play vouchers

I got one in End of Jan off Koningsdam but it was restrictive to be booked before March 14 and used before the summer ,Corav 19 ispreventing me from booking anythinganytime soon .I do have transat  in Nov  On NA whichhopefully Iwill be able to do 

does anyone know if Holland will extend usage of  coupon ...4-5 months is way too short ..I need itto be good for at least 1 year 

now Caribbean seems to be closing its doors ...Italy appears to be next ...so whats left ???

this Corav 19 is really taking its toll ...so sad 

will we be ableto cruise without worry anytime soon ???

Minuoshka, I have received the letter from the casino host on every cruise, usually the last day, that offers free play on a cruise booked by / sailed by dates.  All of the cruises I had planned were after the due dates.  I emailed Ocean Player Club, though their website,  asking politely if there was any opportunity for an extension or anything else that could be extended to my future cruise.  Included the booking number, dates, ship, etc. in the email.  I would receive an email response from OPC that would say that while they could not extend the dates or terms of the offer, they would offer some free play as a courtesy.  The amount varied from 50.00 to 150.00, and I would be "added to the guest list so the Casino Hosts would know I was coming".   TAKE THE EMAIL WITH YOU !!!!  The Casino Manager will handle it and get your free play authorized.   No guarantees, but they have always take care of me.  You just have to ask.

I had a huge free play offer after sailing on the Koningsdam in January, but the deadline to book was in late Feb. Already had a cruise booked on the Veendam for Feb. and didn't want to book another Caribbean cruise before April. I also received a free play offer after the Veendam, but not as  much free play. We had other plans so passed on it until yesterday when our plans changed. Booked another Veendam with the free play offer from the Feb. cruise and leave Feb. 1st. Would have loved to take advantage of the K offer, but didn't know before the expiration date of the offer that our plans would change Oh well, happy to take what I got. I haven't thought to ask for an extension of offer deadline dates and aren't surprised that they wouldn't do it. However, nice of them to offer some as a courtesy.
