Designated smoking area outside deck by Crooners on Royal?

I've booked a cabin on Emerald deck above the far end of this section, aft of Crooners. I read something, some time ago, about a smoking area, but can't remember the details. I think smoking is allowed on the port side, but not on starboard. May have to switch my cabin! Thanks for helping, if you know.
