Regent Asia Refunds

Any info on how Regent intends to fulfill promised refunds for trips recently terminated in Asia.  We'd like to do some forward planning and budgeting, but have been unable to get any info from Regent about their plan to reimburse. Calls go to voice mail, or one is encouraged to send an email with the notice that it will take 10 business days to get a response.

FCC is on your account. If you book another cruise just let Regent or your TA know that you have a FCC and it will be applied. I used mine but never actually got a notice from Regent that it was there, other than hearing from my TA that it would be available
