Taxes & Port Charges

When shopping around I have seen some different fees as far as port charges and taxes. Could someone break these down for me? Seems to be a $100.00 difference on some sites.

Port fees and govt taxes vary by port but should be the same for the same cruise. Now shipping and doc fees are individual agency fees.

Some of the agency fees are quite high in my opinion. Especially the internet fees where you don't get face to face service. I just booked from cruisequick.com, and saved 350.00 over booking directly through Carnival, and 250.00 over booking directly with Expedia/ Hotwire.

I have also noticed that a lot of times airfare is much cheaper directly on the airfare website.
