Chef’s Table

Call the Dine Line upon boarding.  Speak to Passenger Services to add your name.  Speak to MD or Head Waiter to add your name.  The third option may generally take until your first dinner which could put you behind several others.  I would use it as a back-up to other options.

Hi, I just popped on here to read about the virus. I did the Chef's Table on our Alaska Cruise on the Coral Princess in 2017. I was told to call dining the minute I got on the ship to make the reservation. They were supposed to have 2 nights but did not have enough interest for the first night, then they had to turn people away for the 2nd night. It was an awesome experience. Well worth it! I think have a review somewhere on here.

As soon as possible, call the DINE line. Once I did it the moment we walked in our cabin, another time I didn't even wait for that, I stopped at the first phone I saw. It is quite an experience - don't eat much earlier in that day.
