I PLAN TO CANCEL MY APRIL CRUISE ON THE EMERALD

I am not afraid of catching the Corona virus.  Even if I catch the virus, I am confidently that I will survive.  However, if the Emerald runs into a quarantine situation, I don't want to die of boredom pacing around my mini-suite.  I enjoy going to the various bars and lounges and interacting with my fellow travelers.  We are advised to stay at least six feet away from others.  Out of courtesy I follow this rule as much as possible.  This would be very difficult to do sitting at a bar stool or at a booth in the dining room or in a line in the Horizon Court.  Can't follow this advice from the CDC and cruise at the same time.

If we apply the  CDC suggested actions to avoid getting the Corona virus and mitigate the spread of the virus to others, we should avoid cruising until more is known about this virus and a vaccine is perfected.
