OBC and online account

Sorry if this should be obvious, but where in your online account would OBC show up? My son has OBC for a cruise later in the year from an offer, not due to recent things, and he and I can’t see it.

On your guest confirmation received by email or in your planner, look toward the bottom under itemized charges  & it should be listed there.

Go to print the docs.  It'll be on page 2, below the cost of cruise. 

 

This is only if the obc is from carnival.  If it is a ta perk, only the ta's confirmation email will have it.
