Custom air through Carnival

Has anyone booked custom air fare through Carnival and if so, what is the additional charge? We are flying from Iowa to San Juan and

would like to stay after the cruise for 4 days.

We usually book our own airfare and fly at least one day before the ship sails, but this time we have to fly the same day as the cruise sails and thought booking through Carnival might be a better way to go.
